Christmas Party Success

We had a fantastic time and such a great turnout for the First annual Wolstencroft Park Christmas Party. Thanks to everyone for coming down to show your support for the park and to meet your neighbours. It turns out we're very lucky to live just around the corner from so many awesome people! We hope this is the first of many chances to hang out in the Park (just as soon as we can get it in progress).

Christmas Party TOMORROW NIGHT!!

A quick reminder that tomorrow night WED 15th DEC @ 5:30pm is our Christmas Party. Along with games for the kids, Santa's visit and a chance to picnic with your neighbours, this will be a great way to show our councillors how many people are behind this Park and how much we really want it!
Tell your friends, bring a picnic and come along to Wolstencroft Reserve, we'd love to see you there.

Some members of WAAG gathered at Wolstencroft Reserve last weekend to take some photos. This is only the tip of the iceberg of the number of people who want Wolstencroft Park. Look out for our faces in the Bendigo Weekly to promote the Christmas party and to get our Park back on Council's agenda.

Photo call

As a prelude to our party, we're taking a photo to send to the papers to advertise our Christmas party, and our Park! Come along to Wolstencroft Reserve this Sunday 28th November at 10am to be in the photo, and bring along all your family and friends too. We'd love to see you there.

Location, location

Wondering where our Christmas Party will be given that Wolstencroft Park is currently surrounded by fencing??
We've been assured by Council that the amount of soil stored at the Park isn't going to cover the whole surface and once the trucks finish delivering the QEO soil, the fences will be repositioned to allow use of part of the Park again. So come the 8th of December our Christmas Party will be at the Park!
